It's happened. A lot has happened since I moved back to my hometown of Chicago. One big thing; I have joined a band! Meet Whipple!

I would describe Whipple as a funk rock jam quartet. Based in Wheeling, IL, Whipple is a high energy, highly improvisational, and very fun ensemble of really good dudes. As serious as music is, this band sure knows how to keep it fun; telling jokes, wearing fun outfits, being generally easy-going and fun loving. We all have distinctly different personalities and influences; it is coming together in a melting pot of wonderfully delicious, eclectic musical stew.

The band consist of Jefferson Foster on lead guitar, Johnathan Slieck on guitar and vocals, Nate Hockenberry on drums, and myself on bass. I'm looking forward to sharing the stage with them for many shows to come!
